Fogli/e Scritte (Written Leaves) is a project of Asilo Bianco offering artists, writers and musicians the chance to write, compose or create an art work on the paths between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore.
The project is on invitation only and involves a period of residency in the area for the artists.
The result of the work done is a publication, which is referred to as "Emotional guide to the territory" and is constituted by the work of the artists participating to the project.
Each Fogli/e Scritte book refers to a specific path on the hills around Lake Orta. Two books have been published in 2008 and 2012, they are available at Asilo Bianco Association and Tornielli Museum in Ameno.
